When 400 Photos Still Weren’t Enough! 📸😂
First of all, let me just say… I am pretty late with this gallery. But not for the reason you’re probably thinking. Nope! I had absolutely no problems with the images, my camera, or my lenses. Quite the opposite, actually. I had SO many beautiful images of this family that I struggled to keep their gallery under 400! 😂
Did I mention how much I love taking pictures? Give me a cute baby, a beautiful couple, a lovely portrait, or a boisterous family, and I completely forget to look at the time. I’m having way too much fun—and apparently, taking way too many pictures! 📸
This family session started about 35 minutes before sunset and continued all the way until about 35 minutes after sunset, when the sun finally disappeared completely behind the dunes. And what a beautiful evening it was!
There was a little wind, which always makes the ladies a bit anxious when their hair starts flying everywhere. 😂 But honestly, that breeze was a blessing on Pensacola Beach and made the evening much more comfortable.
And then there were the colors! 💙🤍❤️
The family was dressed in beautiful bright blue with white and cream tones, while the grandparents added some bold red. I know those colors may have seemed a little loud when everyone was getting dressed, but let me tell you… they photographed beautifully! The colors against the beach, the sky, and the water came together so much better than I could have hoped.
And just look at how the colors in the sky and water changed as the evening went on. This is exactly why I love shooting through sunset and beyond. The light and colors just keep evolving.
I am SO happy to finally have this gorgeous gallery completed. Although I have a feeling this family may be just a little disappointed that I wasn't able to slim it down more before handing it over. 😂 But when you give me this many beautiful people, a gorgeous evening, and a group that actually enjoys being in front of the camera… what do you expect me to do?!
Lauren, John, Lee, Braylee, Brandi, Tyler, and Breanna—you were such a wonderful group to photograph! You all made my job so much fun, and yes… you gave me A LOT of pictures to choose from! ❤️
I truly enjoyed working with all of you, and I hope that if you find yourselves back on Pensacola Beach someday, you'll come say hello again!
Until then, enjoy your very, very large gallery. 😉📸❤️
