Sunset Magic with the Boyett Family

at Pensacola Beach



The Boyett Family reached out to me at the very last minute, hoping to capture some special memories during their visit to Pensacola Beach. Visiting all the way from Oklahoma, they brought with them such warmth, laughter, and love—it was impossible not to feel instantly connected to them. I could have photographed them for three or four hours without ever running out of moments to capture. Sessions like this remind me exactly why I love my job so much.


Because they were so open and adventurous, we ventured over to the east side of Pensacola Beach, where one of my favorite “secret” photography spots hides away from the crowds. It’s a little slice of paradise—soft white sand underfoot, the gentle crash of the waves, and the perfect open view for a breathtaking sunset. The Boyetts embraced the location completely, laughing, playing, and enjoying every moment together.


When the sun began to set, the sky put on its best show—pinks, purples, and golds melting into the horizon over the bright blue water. The backdrop was pure magic, and the Boyett Family’s joy made it even more beautiful. The images we created together are full of light, love, and the kind of moments that can’t be staged. Pensacola Beach gave us perfection that night, and I’m so grateful I was the one to capture it for this incredible family.
